1. Toepasselijkheid
Deze algemene voorwaarden zijn van toepassing op alle bestellingen die via www.kinkyicons.com worden geplaatst. Door een bestelling te plaatsen, gaat de klant akkoord met deze voorwaarden.

2. Producten
Alle producten van Kinky Icons zijn handgemaakt met zorg en aandacht. Kleine variaties in kleur, maat of afwerking kunnen voorkomen en maken deel uit van het ambachtelijke karakter van onze producten.

3. Bestellen en Betalen
Bestellingen kunnen direct via onze website worden geplaatst. Betaling vindt plaats via de beschikbare betaalmethoden op de website. Een bestelling is pas definitief na ontvangst van de betaling.

4. Levertijd en Verzending
Producten op voorraad worden doorgaans binnen 1 tot 3 werkdagen verzonden.
Voor custom made artikelen kan de levertijd iets langer zijn.
Zodra de bestelling is verzonden, ontvangt de klant een bevestiging per e-mail met verzendinformatie.

5. Retourneren
De klant heeft het recht om binnen 14 dagen na ontvangst de aankoop te herroepen, met uitzondering van:
Custom made artikelen
Artikelen met korting of in de uitverkoop
Retourzendingen dienen in originele staat en verpakking te worden teruggestuurd.
De verzendkosten voor retour zijn voor rekening van de klant, tenzij het product defect of verkeerd geleverd is.

6. Aansprakelijkheid
Kinky Icons is niet aansprakelijk voor schade ontstaan door onjuist gebruik van de producten of door oneigenlijke toepassing.
Onze artikelen zijn uitsluitend bedoeld voor gebruik door volwassenen (18+).

Wij respecteren de privacy van onze klanten en verwerken persoonsgegevens uitsluitend voor het afhandelen van bestellingen en communicatie.

All Kinky Icons products are handmade with care. Minor variations in color, size, or finish are part of the craftsmanship and uniqueness of our items.

3. Orders and Payment
Orders can be placed directly through our website.
Payment must be completed via the available payment options.
An order becomes final once payment is received.

4. Delivery and Shipping
In-stock items are usually shipped within 1 to 3 working days.
Custom-made products may take slightly longer.
Once shipped, customers receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

5. Returns
Customers may return their purchase within 14 days of receipt, except for:
Custom-made items
Discounted or sale items
Returned products must be unused and in their original packaging.
Return shipping costs are borne by the customer, unless the product is defective or incorrectly delivered.

6. Liability
Kinky Icons is not liable for any damage resulting from misuse or improper use of its products.
